Possibilize Academy provides corporate clients with training in how to read and use body language. The twist? The trainers are deaf, which has made them experts in reading body language.

Ronald launched Skyway Academy in the Netherlands with a pilot in 2013, it is now called The Possibilize Academy. It has since run workshops for clients including Deloitte, ABN-AMRO and IMG.

In 2015, he began running workshops in London. Clients included Barclays and Social Finance.

Ronald joined Expert Impact for a mentoring session with Tony Goodwin, founder of Antal International.
