I found the conversation really helpful, it’s always good to have someone with James’ experience to give us feedback and provide an expert overview on what we are doing and what we can do differently.

Being paired with James as a mentor was such a breath of fresh air for me, as he was able to provide me with a toolkit of expertise and perspectives I had not considered before! Sometimes you just need someone from outside your field of work to tell you ‘you can do it!’
