Future Directions is a community interest company which provides high quality social care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, acquired brain injury, young and old.

Our intention is to drive the personalisation agenda so that each individual who we support has their own support package to meet their individual support needs. We currently provide services across the North West and plan to expand further.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care, supported living, domiciliary care and care homes with nursing.
