Switch Up and the Nottingham School of Boxing provide individual, life changing support to young people in communities affected by crime and violence.

Through sport, mentoring and personal development, we improve their mental and physical wellbeing to give them the skills, confidence and motivation to realise their true potential.

Meeting with Atul was insightful and gave us food for thought about what we should be focussing on next as a priority. He was interested in the work we undertake and was keen for us to make the right decisions to deliver the impact we want to achieve.
