Made In Hackney is a pioneering 100% plant-based community cookery school and charity. We believe everyone should have access to healthy, affordable food that’s good for people and planet.

We aim to help people lead healthier, happier, more connected, environmentally sustainable lives. We inspire people and give them the skills to grow, cook and eat more plants to improve not only their health, but the planets too.

Made in Hackney won Best Educators at the Urban Food Awards.

Karen was the most brilliant mentor. It was a hugely productive hour with many excellent insights. She clearly had done her research on my organisation and our mission so could launch straight into relevant and useful advice and thinking points. A truly brilliant and inspiring hour.
