Rowan runs Majestic Wine, which includes Naked Wines and Lay and Wheeler in addition to the Majestic core business.

After only just qualifying as an accountant, Rowan spent seven years in private equity before having the good fortune to meet Richard Branson – who gave him the chance to set up Virgin Money.

This was followed by the Virgin One Account, Virgin Wines and Naked Wines.

Naked was acquired by Majestic Wine in 2015 and Rowan took over as CEO.
