Music Broth is Scotland’s musical instrument and equipment library; a social enterprise with charitable status with the ethos to make music playing, learning and enjoyment accessible to all.

Through our 2000+ item community musical instrument library we support anyone wishing to pursue a musical venture; equitably providing instruments, musical learning and performance opportunities.

Ryan quickly understood the landscape of our organisation and the pivot point we are at for change right now. He provided really insightful honest feedback and experience, together with practical steps to consolidate our strengths and build toward our long term goals.
