There is not enough land or water for our current food production systems to meet the growing demand of urban populations. 80% of all food will be consumed in cities by 2050.
We make cities more healthy, sustainable and resilient through creating rotating vertical farms. We enable institutions to grow huge amounts of their own food, on their own premises, with a minimum carbon and resource footprint.
Meeting with George gave me more clarity on how best to appeal to potential investors and clients. His warmth and informality created a rapport which allowed us to make significant progress, despite the meeting only lasting one hour. I came away with renewed focus and optimism.
