Our Alumni
We produce high quality furniture products for the B2B/hospitality sector, operate a high-impact waste wood recycling enterprise and provide commercial quality grounds maintenance services to corporate and housing sector.
The difference is that 75% of our amazing workforce will have walked tough life paths and made remarkable changes (ex-offenders, mental health, addiction recovery, learning & physical disabilities). We also operate ‘RAW Potential’, a project focused on young people who are experiencing difficulties (crime, gangs, mental health).
We don’t trade on sympathy or goodwill. We aim to be the best in our markets, proving that nobody should be judged by their past or condition. We outperform ‘established suppliers’ by adding social and environmental value to our clients’ supply chains.
