Class Careers aims to end inequality in careers education. We serve to bridge the disconnect between young people in schools and employers looking to recruit young talent, with a fresh, innovative and technology based approach.
We run workshops with schools that provide their students with information directly from employers, filmed at their offices, they give a solid insight into life within the organisation, aspects of the role, feel of the organisations culture, and most of all the thoughts and feelings of current school leavers within that organisation. Students also have the chance to have a one-to-one conversation with the Class Careers team in order to get their questions answered.
