BME Promise is a recruitment and training agency. We are focused on increasing the number of black and minority ethnic individuals working within the public, private and third sector.
We operate a self sustainable model that allows us to support under-represented BME groups into all levels of employment.
‘Diversity’ is about recognising and valuing peoples’ differences.Although focused on race we incorporate all nine protected characteristics when recruiting talent- age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and sex.
