Third Space run a cafe that helped regenerate a struggling city neighbourhood and doubles as a space and catalyst for community initiatives. We also run an employment and training programme for those who find it hard to gain employment. Founder Sean Mullan is pictured right.

How much can a one hour conversation achieve? A lot when it’s with Preyal. She assessed the ground quickly and planted the right seeds to move my thinking along. I had paper to jot down helpful concepts but I ran out. Preyal is a great thought catalyst.
