Tibeb Leather Works is a social enterprise that provides free workspace and skills training for youth and women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. With the help of our skilled artisans and craftspeople, we produce quality handcrafted leather products.

We use the platform we have to provide marginalized women in the community opportunities for self-betterment. We strongly believe in empowering women to achieve their full potential, ensuring that they are recognized for their talents and become an essential part of the economic fabric of society.

We want our company to be a leading point to promote, encourage, and make social change.

Yonatan met Marie as part of our British Council partnership.

I was able to learn a lot from the coaching session. Marie shone a light on important issues that our company was struggling with. We are very grateful for the opportunity and excited to see what’s to come.
