Jenny Halpern Prince is the founder and CEO of Consumer PR & Brand Consultancy agency, Halpern, now part owned by WPP agency CHI & Partners. Halpern has created hugely successful campaigns for world class brands in the agency's 20+ year history.

Jenny's latest business venture is the launch of The&Collective - a talent agency partnering brands with influencers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The first talent agency to be born from within the UK's media industry, The&Collective will draw on cross-discipline insights from across the media, marketing and advertising group The &Partnership, offering new avenues for brands to develop advocacy and credibly promote their products. Social media influencers signed up so far include Maddie Bruce, Josh Cuthbert, Sarah Ashcroft, Blake Steven, Ashley James & Chloe Lloyd.

Jenny has been deeply involved with the 'Britain Stronger in Europe' Campaign, sitting on the board and being the founder and creator of the network Women IN to ensure women's voices are heard and at the centre of the debate that will shape the future of our country.

Social & philanthropic background

In addition to her business successes, Jenny dedicates a huge amount of her time to philanthropic pursuits. Three years ago, she co-founded the youth charity Access, to improve social mobility in areas of high deprivation by providing aspirational work experience placements in over 200 of London's leading businesses. Since its creation over 1000 work placements have been provided to students with almost 2000 students also attending employability training. In recognition of its success and having created a tangible, positive difference to the students, Jenny received a Point of Light Award from No10 & Prime Minister David Cameron.

Jenny provides mentoring for students and young budding entrepreneurs through schemes such as Expert Impact, Marie Claire VIP mentorship panel, Somewhere_to_Startup, Red Smart Women and Women of the World.

Jenny co-founded the Gynaecological Cancer Fund in 2014 which raises funds for the Royal Marsden to research further into this silent killer, ovarian cancer. The highly visible Lady Garden Campaign was created in collaboration with Top Shop in 2015 and a Gala Dinner in early 2016 raised over £250k for the charity.

Jenny also dedicates time to several other charities including creating Save the Day, an arm of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, which has raised over £1.5 million in the 4 years since its creation, allowing Great Ormond Street to purchase much needed equipment for the hospital.

She was on the board of GOSH for seven years, Women's Aid for six years and created the concept of the Avon Empowering Women Awards which raised over £250k for the charity.

In the arts sector, Jenny has been on Tate's Corporate Board for five years, and co-chaired the high profile Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition Preview party for four years.

Jenny Lives in London with her husband of over 12 years and twin girls.
