Anna is an expert in leadership for systems change, who combines cutting-edge analysis of the flaws in our economic system with a deep understanding of human potential.

She is a leadership and systems coach, strategist and non-executive director, working with ambitious organisations that want to transform our world for good. She is Chair at the Economic Change Unit, a non-profit catalysing the shift to a more resilient, secure and just economy; a Trustee of the New Economics Foundation; an Associate of the Institute for Social Banking; and a fellow of the RSA.

From 2015 to 2020, Anna was CEO at the Finance Innovation Lab, a pioneering charity building a financial system that serves people and planet. She has extensive experience in strategy, communications, research and impact assessment for complex social change, and has previously worked in sustainable finance, academia, international development, campaigning and community health. Anna is also a trainee humanistic psychotherapist and draws on her own experience of trauma, disability and mental health issues to bring a compelling personal dimension to stories she tells.

She has extensive experience of public speaking, with clients including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the University of Oxford, the Global Ethical Finance Forum, Global Alliance for Banking on Values, Greenbelt Festival, the Chartered Association of Business Schools, and the Royal College of Art. She is a skilled facilitator, with a focus on participatory learning, and regularly lectures at undergraduate and graduate level.
