Jordan Schwarzenberger is the 26 year old co-founder of Arcade Media, the management company for Europe’s biggest creators The Sidemen (244m+ cross channel followers, and the third most searched term on YouTube globally in 2023). Together, they have founded three fast growing businesses: fried chicken restaurant Sides, premium alcohol brand XIX Vodka and the official Sidemen membership club, Side+.

Jordan’s career started at age 17 when he became a creative at VICE and, 10 months later, LADbible, where he helped to launch the newly formed creative agency JOYRIDE, which led the creative content and strategy for a number of brands, from Amazon and Activision, to Pepsi Co. and Sony.

Leaving LADbible in 2017, at the age of 19 Jordan launched Roundabout, the UK’s first Gen Z agency, working with brands such as MTV, Boiler Room and James Grant to futureproof their businesses and drive their youth and culture strategies.

Following Roundabout, Jordan made the move to YMU Group (formerly James Grant), Europe’s largest talent management company, where he became their first ever CCO. There, he led on creative and strategy across the group, overseeing over 1000+ clients including Ant and Dec, Take That, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Munya Chawawa and more.

In April 2021, Jordan left YMU to co-found Arcade Media, to manage Europe’s biggest creators: The Sidemen (100M+ followers). Alongside his partners, he has launched 3 seven figure businesses, alcohol brand XIX Vodka, fried chicken restaurant Sides, and membership platform Side+.

Alongside Arcade Media, Jordan runs a consultancy business, working with businesses of all kinds. Part of his offering are 1-on-1 ‘Power Hours’, where he leads strategy and leadership sessions for entrepreneurs and founders to help them overcome obstacles, stand out from their competitors, and realise their full potential through innovation and growth.

Jordan sits on a number of boards, including Soho House, where he advises on their membership committee; and Outernet Global, a £1BN+ immersive entertainment, arts and culture district, which opened in 2022 in the West End of London and which has been named as London’s most visited tourist attraction by The Times in 2023. He has also been invited to multiple strategy round tables by No. 10, helping advise the Government on inclusion, outreach and how to help young people to get further in the workplace.

Separately, Jordan hosts an entrepreneurship for Gen Z called Unboxed, and was nominated Rising Star at the 2023 British Podcast Awards, a Serious Influence Award at the BCreator Awards and was awarded a Forbes 30 under 30 Honoree for 2023.
