Chloe Sweden is the Founder and CEO of Lowr (Formerly PLANTS + PERKS) – The world’s first engagement platform that informs, inspires and incentivises employees to lower their environmental impact.

After studying Politics at Manchester University Chloe embarked on a career in advertising joining the UK’s largest ad agency on their graduate programme. After nearly 10 year running the marketing campaigns for Walkers, Wrigleys, BT and O2Chloe followed her passion by both recruiting top talent within the agency landscape as well as leading internal talent teams as Head of Talent and Culture.

A move to the largest parenting platform in the UK, Mumsnet, to head up their flexible working programme led Chloe to consider a different path and it was during her time there, running a large commercial team and juggling homeschooling two young children during the pandemic, that she set up Lowr.
