Dave Erasmus is an original thinker and connector advocating a circular philosophy of ON and OFF living that helps people, companies and workplaces to become healthier, happier and more resilient.

Having successfully built and sold his first tech company at the age of 21, Dave focused on work he felt had purpose, creating organisations that facilitated charitable giving and tackled social injustice. Now working in the world of ideas, he was increasingly asked to speak at events and contribute to titles such as Huffington Post and the Guardian. Keen to let nature be his next teacher, Dave then decided to embark on a year-long experiment to live in a forest, documenting the experience online as The Corcovado Project.

Many different kinds of companies and organisations now call on Dave to inspire and challenge them to think differently about their culture. He creates spaces for people to disconnect from doing and return to reflection and thought. This creates the energy to implement regenerative cultures within those organisations, creating sometimes unexpected outcomes and making them more sustainable and effective as a result. Regenerating a culture can result in staff becoming more content and creative, experiencing illness less often and evolving to become more resilient and adaptable to change. This in turn can help companies become more innovative and ultimately, profitable.
